"Salvation Explained And A Personal Testimony" (With Video) - Inspirational Weekend

"Salvation is the greatest act of God's love", says Pastor Billy Crone in the following video.   What is salvation and how do you obtain it?  It is all about faith in the Lord and believing that Jesus Christ is the Savior whose shed blood at Calvary can wash your sins away if you but believe in Him and trust Him.  I frequently share Romans 10:9,10, 13 and here it is again:

"(9)  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.  (10)  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.  (13)  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

Salvation is not mere head knowledge of Jesus.  It is not a formula prayer that saves you.  You need, however, to pray to the Lord for forgiveness, and truly repent of your sins.  God looks at the heart; if your heart is sincere and you totally surrender your will and your life to Jesus, that is what salvation is all about.  It is living totally for the good Lord and His will.  It is faith and belief in Jesus Christ.

The following 19 minute video by prophecywatchers.com  features host Gary Stearman and Pastor and author Billy Crone in which they beautifully explain salvation and in which Pastor Crone gives his personal testimony of how he was saved.   Such an uplifting and informative video !

In the video, Billy Crone likens sin to a cancer....which needs to be eradicated.  Only Jesus can perform the needed "operation" to clear out the sin and make us a new creation.

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are past away; behold, all things are become new."   -   2 Corinthians 5:17

As Pastor Crone says,  "Nobody has a brighter future than God's children."

"And that He died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto Him which died for them, and rose again."   -  2 Corinthians 5:15

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."    -   John 3:16

Have a happy and a grace filled weekend, centered on Christ.
